ZeroCode ("we", "our", or "us") operates a restaurant technology ecosystem that includes restaurant administration panels, vendor management systems, rider applications, delivery management services, analytics dashboards, and branded customer-facing applications.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, and protect information when users access and use the ZeroCode platform and its associated services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the role and services used within the ZeroCode ecosystem, we may collect the following information: Restaurant business information, Restaurant owner information, Vendor information, Delivery rider information, Customer account information, Email addresses, Phone numbers, Business addresses, Restaurant locations, Order and transaction information, Delivery information, Device identifiers, Application usage information, Customer support communications.
2. Location Information
ZeroCode may collect precise and approximate location information from authorized users when required to provide delivery, logistics, operational, and platform functionality. Location information may include: GPS coordinates, Approximate device location, Route information, Restaurant location information, Delivery route progress, Delivery status information, Service area information.
3. Background Location Collection
For authorized delivery rider accounts, ZeroCode may collect location information while the application is actively running in the foreground, background, or when the device screen is locked. Background location access is required to support: Live delivery tracking, Order fulfillment, Delivery assignment, Route optimization, Restaurant delivery operations, Real-time rider visibility, Delivery status synchronization, Operational monitoring of active deliveries. Background location collection is limited to legitimate delivery and operational purposes within the ZeroCode platform.
Role‑based limitation: Background location is collected only when a delivery rider is logged into a rider account and is available for, assigned to, or actively performing delivery-related tasks. ZeroCode does not continuously collect background location from restaurant administrators, vendors, or customer users solely because the application is installed.
4. Location Permission Disclosure
ZeroCode requests foreground and background location permissions only for features that require delivery rider tracking and delivery fulfillment. Before requesting location permissions, ZeroCode provides an in-app disclosure explaining: What location information is collected, Why location information is collected, How location information is used, When location information may be collected. Users may choose whether to grant location permissions through their device settings, subject to the functionality requirements of delivery-related features.
5. Customer Delivery Tracking
When a customer places an order that is assigned to a delivery rider, limited delivery tracking information may be made available to that customer through the corresponding customer application. Customer visibility is restricted exclusively to: The customer's own order, The active delivery associated with that order, The duration of the active delivery process. Once the delivery is completed, cancelled, expired, or otherwise closed: Customer access to rider tracking is immediately terminated, The rider's ongoing location is no longer visible to the customer, Customers cannot continuously monitor or track riders outside active deliveries.
6. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to: Operate and maintain the ZeroCode platform, Process restaurant onboarding, Manage delivery operations, Assign and monitor delivery orders, Provide customer delivery tracking, Improve operational efficiency, Provide customer support, Prevent fraud and abuse, Maintain platform security, Comply with legal obligations, Generate operational reports and analytics.
7. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared only when necessary to provide platform services. Location information may be shared with: The restaurant responsible for fulfilling an order, Authorized delivery management personnel, Authorized operational staff, The customer associated with an active delivery order, Infrastructure and service providers supporting platform functionality. ZeroCode does not sell personal information or location information to third parties. Location information is not shared for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
8. Firebase and Infrastructure Services
ZeroCode utilizes trusted infrastructure providers including Firebase services such as: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging. These services help provide authentication, database management, notifications, analytics, and secure platform operations.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained only as long as necessary for: Delivery operations, Customer support, Restaurant management, Fraud prevention, Dispute resolution, Tax and accounting obligations, Legal and regulatory compliance. Where appropriate, information may be anonymized, aggregated, de-identified, or deleted after operational requirements have been fulfilled.
10. Data Security
ZeroCode implements commercially reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, misuse, or destruction. Data transmissions are encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems.
11. Account Deletion Rights
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information by contacting: help@zerocode.services. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days following ownership verification and subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance-related retention requirements.
12. User Controls
Users may manage location permissions through their device settings. Certain delivery and operational features may not function properly if location permissions are disabled. For rider accounts, background location access may be required to perform delivery-related responsibilities and maintain active delivery tracking.

Delete Account & Data Deletion
How to request deletion
Send an email from your registered email address to help@zerocode.services with subject "Account Deletion Request" including your restaurant/account name. Our team will verify ownership.
⏱️ Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive confirmation once completed.
What gets deleted
Restaurant profile, owner details, phone, email, location, order transaction logs (anonymized after 30 days for legal retention). Customer data within branded app is also removed upon restaurant account deletion.
⚠️ Operational retention
Limited data (delivery records, aggregated analytics) may be retained for tax, legal, or fraud prevention for up to 7 years but fully de-identified.
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: April 2026. These Terms govern use of ZeroCode platform including restaurant, vendor, rider, and admin panels, plus branded customer apps.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ZeroCode services, you agree to these Terms. If you are a restaurant owner, you commit to accurate business information and compliance with local laws.
2. Platform Roles
Restaurants: Responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, and fulfillment. Delivery partners: must follow local transport laws. Admins: responsible for operational integrity.
3. Zero Commission Model
ZeroCode does not charge commission on orders processed through your branded app. Subscription or setup fees may apply per agreement; no hidden per-transaction fees.
4. Intellectual Property
Restaurants retain ownership of their brand assets. ZeroCode owns the underlying software, dashboards, and infrastructure.
5. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend accounts violating terms (fraud, illegal activity). You may terminate by emailing help@zerocode.services with 30-day notice.
